Seeking an experienced management couple to operate and oversee day-to-day functions of a limited-service hotel. This is a full operational leadership role with responsibility for guest service, staffing, housekeeping, front desk oversight, and basic accounting.

Key Responsibilities (Couple Shared):

• Full property operations: housekeeping, front desk, laundry, maintenance coordination.

• Manage staffing: hiring, training, scheduling, and performance oversight.

• Drive revenue performance: upselling, OTA management, brand standards.

• Quality control: room inspections, guest issue resolution, brand compliance.

• Daily reporting: night audit review, cash handling, supply ordering, inventory.

• Coordinate with ownership on budgets, payroll, and expense control.

• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules and safety compliance.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, from day-to-day staff management to guest and room service. As our Hotel Manager, your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and create a hospitable atmosphere for our guests.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations functions of the hotel, as per the Organizational chart.
• Hold regular briefings and meetings with all head of departments.
• Handle complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures.
• Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel's annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
• Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotels and management.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 yearly. The final package will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• A degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Valid work visa is required.
• Proven experience in a Corp-Corp environment would be an added advantage.
