US waves green flag to Non-American citizens in green card policies:

Out of 435 members in the United States House of Representatives, 365 members have showed their support in ally to the new green card bill and 65 against it. The democratic as well as the Republican Party have displayed its cohort bipartisan support in this long waited and most anticipated bill.
The 7- percent country cap bill has put Indians and other nationality citizens in the US in a worrisome situation due to its lesser share of visas and immigration policies.
Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren (D-San Jose) has introduced this bill in the house on February, as the “Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act,”
This bill put forth, will help the talented and skilled EB1, EB2, EB3, EB4, and EB5 category people, thereby increasing the potential of the country.
“In order for American industries to remain competitive and create more jobs, they must be able to recruit and retain the best talent in the world,” Lofgren added in an interview.
On the negative side, she adds “Workers that are in a temporary status are more vulnerable to exploitation than workers that have status that allows them to negotiate or move to other employers.”
With the abolition of 7- percent country cap bill, 140,000 visas will be given out on EB category, (employment-based), to Indians and other nationalities shared along with their family. With citizens from India and china waiting for a long haul for their green cards, this would be highly benefitting for them.
Although president trump wants to increase the numbers from 140,000 to 665,000, while keeping the 1.2 million permanent residents per year secured.
If the verdict passes through the other end of the road. The new bill in the house will improve the potential and growth rate of USA, thereby gaining support from various nationalities.
