The age of casual outfits

Over the years, the outfits that people wear to work have evolved from the same colored shirt, pants to suits, and much more in a formal outlook. Depending on the person’s position the way they carry themselves have changed, but as far as the current modern revolutionary business era is concerned, what we wear to work doesn’t matter and guess what Mark Zuckerberg showed up in his hoodie for his company’s investor meeting.
Taking cues from the billionaire, about 50% of the organizations in the US have moved on from sharp collared outfits to the comfy zone, and almost two-thirds (62%) of the companies in the US are allowing their employees in casual clothing for at least a day per week.
Acceptance:
Even Wall Street giants like Goldman Sachs has paved the way for one day casual, on an exciting note, all these employees from these firms look forward to these days, to wear casual outfits of their choices.
Boundaries:
Though all these companies don’t want you to come in wearing yoga pants or your favorite torn jeans. Some firms have set limits on their casual outfit day. Some insist their employees be on business casuals like a polo t-shirt or semi-formal shirts.
Not for all:
Despite employees feeling comfortable wearing their favorite clothes, the casual attire thing doesn’t go with all the organizations. In places like a law firm or an administrative office, where you don’t want to see officers come in colored outfits.
Talent seeker:
Some of the firms have officially added this as an attribute to their organization while undergoing the hiring process. Newbies and employees who have been going through a harsh work environment are considering these casual outfit firms as an easy-going and happily engaging one. On a different note, it attracts talents quickly where no additional efforts are needed.
