“This jobs report is showing no evidence of an economy slowing, certainly not falling into recession,” said Michelle Meyer, chief United States economist for Bank of America
The 100th continuous job offerings has created a shackle in the monthly reports, comparing to the previous months January jobs were immensely higher, resulting in more opportunities.

These setbacks have brought a marginal increase among various ethnicity of workers, the number of unemployed workers in Hispanic has grown up to 4.9% and in Asians up to a 3.1%.
Considering the impact of the partial federal government shutdown, the 100th continuous employment week slows down the economy by gradually increasing the unemployment scale to 4%. Long-term jobless i.e people who were jobless more than 27 weeks have seen an employment change this month, resulting in thousands of job offers.
Industries which offer jobs are majorly from restaurants, bars, and hotels, which accounts to 74,000 jobs, whereas construction business gained 52,000 jobs and health care Accounting to 45,000 jobs.
Apart from these three major contributors professional and business services added 30,000 jobs and
Retail job scopes have increased to 21,000, and
Manufacturing sectors holds an ample amount of 13,000 jobs.
Wages per person have attained a slight growth, and the salary rate slowly hikes up to a 3 cent raise and levels up to $27.56 per person.
The humungous jobs in January has created a lift among the jobless and the labor scale with a hike in average pay scale of employees. Neglecting the shutdown and unemployment rate being a haywire in the growth of economy, January job reports are fruitful to an extent to the unemployed.
