Prefer Candidates with better Acumen than you

You can allow happiness, grief, loneliness and even horror to influence your thoughts but not Jealousy. Most importantly this suits to all the recruiters who are looking to develop their organization. The global survey made on the basis of Psychology says that the Hiring Managers or any higher authorities subconsciously get into a state that cramps within a state of fear, if the candidate is overly smart than them or expected.


Therefore, majority of the Hiring Managers snub the highly talented candidates justifying that they would spoil the work culture or try to preside over the senior authorities within a short span of time.


But remember such candidates are aware of their skills and talent and In fact they can survive or grow bigger than you whatsoever, you select or reject them.


True and honest employers, who really wish to bring his or her organization, turn their perception in the other way and obviously they will recognize the extraordinary talents for the development of their organization.


Yet another fact is that, If an employer thinks his/her weakness will reveal upon the recruitment of such candidates is sure to have a passive intention that is totally concerned on their self-prestige rather than the broad vision of developing their whole concern along with the employers.



Think in the point of view that serves for a whole purpose. A person with extraordinary talent isn’t a great leader but an individual who is capable of identifying such people is the most efficient leader. Such should be the quality of a Hiring Manager or a recruiter.


Ensuring a proper of mix of talents and therefore organizing them towards the desired success will happen only if the employers are capable of designating employees who are better decision makers than them.  


Acceptance is the first thing that the hirers must possess if they find that a candidate is dominating them in all the Key aspects that are required for a particular position.


Never Challenge your organization by avoiding candidates who are better than you. That would prove to be a big Jinx for you and your concern. Instead hire them, let them dominate your capabilities. What if a child is born intelligent to uneducated parents? It is indebted to them forever.
