Know the Dignity of Your Organization on You
Modesty is out of one’s own attitude. Just because a person don’t expect any kind of special appreciation or at least a minimum courtesy for his/her work or service doesn’t mean ‘take it for granted’.
As an employee, it’s very important to track the relationships of your higher authorities. If you realize that your boss is very dismissive and not interested in apprehensive conduct, you need to reconsider your opinion to work in the organization.
Work culture comes into the picture when we talk about your respect in an organization. Therefore you need to consider some important signs before hiring on.
Though few points may look trivial, remember those are the pieces of bricks that form an entire building.
Acknowledgement discrepancy
Your birthday can be taken as an instance in this case. The Human Resources department must be having the profiles of all the employees in the organization and obviously they would come to the birthday of their employees on a daily basis. In spite of that, the fellow close colleagues would wish you on the day.
In that way, if a higher authority or any other superior boss fails to wish you on the day, then this is the transparent behavior that shows that the management is not interested in nurturing their employees

Lack of gratitude and traits recognition
In case, if you are the sales employee and you’ve closed a big sale of the week. For that, rather than acknowledging yourself, if your boss acclaims all the credits to show that it’s all because of himself and company reputation, then it is like an open statement that, ‘You’re just like slaves to us and we don’t care about you’
Your boss might be quiet-natured and don’t involve in celebratory occasion, just because of that if he refrains even his employees to be the same then that is yet another disrespect to the workers. This includes all the celebrations that employees engage in after finishing a sale, completing a given project well in advance and so on.

Poor compassion
There might be situations where the employees had to work hard on all the days, close to 24*7 in order to complete the urgently assigned tasks and during particular project seasons. In that case, there must be some time given for regroup and relaxation.

After all the employees are fellow human and the higher authorities cannot think that they are ‘like dogs’. This projects the selfish nature of the organization or the higher authority.

If you come across any of the above scenarios, don’t even the time that you take for your tea break, it’s time for you to reconsider your work place.
Take the next step towards your professional goals
