5 things to do to find a job in 7 days
Homework! What else could be the better way to find a job in 7 days, if it’s not for smart work. Not a smart work entirely, but hard work pays off well.
Re-designing resume – How about making a free professional resume? It’s fun to revamp the age old one using free online CV maker. And it looks perfectly dolled up for a hot job application. Not to mention the cover letter. Not much of savvy technical tips needed.
Polishing the skills some more in black and white adds that attraction factor. It’s good if the resume is filled with every little detail concerning the skill sets.

Homework – The moment I apply for the position, the very next thing I do is studying about the organization. When I expect the manager and HR to go through my resume, I should be fair enough to know their business quite well.
Now that I’ve run through their web pages thoroughly, I should evaluate my skills and the compatibility. How far do I match their expectations?
I would’ve applied at two places, but I cannot stick to one. And, I don’t have to wait till they call me up for an interview. If I were the manager, what are the things I would be probing for?
Homework matters for getting a job in 7 days.
Keeping tabs with references – May it be your tutor or manager from the previous company. Ex co-workers make better references. It’s good to revive their connection that boosts up the chances of getting hired in 7 days. It is 7 days as in ‘10 business days’.

Revamping social media profile – Managers fish out for candidate’s social media profiles. Profiles filled with abusive status, foul language and provocative pictures are rejected right away.
