Looking for a female assistant to the clinic manager, who can help her finish tasks in timely manner. Experience in healthcare administration is a plus but not required.
Able to complete satisfactory background check.
High school diploma or higher.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
Ability to learn operations and be part of the team.

Duties
Assisting manager with various tasks including speaking to various clients on the phone and finishing tasks in a timely manner.
Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette
Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and organizing files
Support administrative projects as needed to enhance office efficiency
