We are seeking a highly skilled Hyderabadi Chef with deep expertise in traditional Hyderabadi non-vegetarian cuisine — someone who can bring the royal flavors of Hyderabad to life with precision, authenticity, and passion.

The ideal chef should be well-versed in classic dishes such as Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Kadi Chicken, Pathar Ka Gosht, Talawa Gosht, Mutton Korma, Chicken 65, and other Hyderabadi delicacies known for their rich aromas and layered spices.

You’ll be at the heart of creating an authentic Hyderabadi dining experience in San Jose, CA, maintaining culinary excellence and consistency in every dish.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of authentic Hyderabadi dishes, including but not limited to:
• Non-Vegetarian: Hyderabadi Dum Biryani (Chicken/Mutton), Kadi Chicken, Talawa Gosht, Pathar Ka Gosht, Chicken 65, Apollo Fish, Mutton Kheema, Haleem (seasonal), Nihari, Paya Soup
• Curries & Gravies: Mutton Korma, Chicken Masala, Bagara Baingan, Mirchi Ka Salan, Chicken/Mutton Dalcha
• Rice & Sides: Khichdi-Keema, Bagara Rice, Raita, and traditional accompaniments
• Desserts: Double Ka Meetha, Qubani Ka Meetha, Kaddu Ka Kheer
• Ensure flavor authenticity, consistency, and quality presentation
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness per standards
• Oversee kitchen operations and guide helpers or assistants
• Innovate and introduce seasonal or festival-based Hyderabadi dishes
• Manage inventory, ingredient sourcing, and stock rotation efficiently

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–8 years of experience as a Chef or Cook specializing in Hyderabadi cuisine
• Strong command over traditional recipes, spice blends, marination, and slow-cooking methods
• Experience handling tandoor ovens, dum-style cooking, and charcoal-based grills
• Ability to maintain consistency in large-scale or high-demand settings
• Excellent sense of taste, presentation, and plating aesthetics
• Must have valid authorization to work in the United States
