We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and support all core HR functions. This role is a strategic partner to leadership while also being hands-on—driving employee engagement, strengthening culture, and ensuring HR practices align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, best practices, and workplace issues
Manage benefits administration, compensation planning, and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive, inclusive company culture
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
Design and facilitate training programs that help our teams thrive
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership to support decision-making
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including people management
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) strongly preferred
