Business Development & Sales Growth
• Develop and execute strategies to increase referral partnerships, admissions, and market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with detox centers, psychiatric hospitals, inpatient facilities, medical groups, and community partners.
• Identify, pitch, and secure new partnership opportunities to drive consistent growth.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
• Oversee and optimize online marketing initiatives including:
• Paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads)
• SEO and website optimization
• Organic + paid social media campaigns
• Email marketing
• Content strategy
• Drive measurable lead-generation campaigns targeting prospective clients, families, and referral sources.
• Monitor digital metrics and analytics to ensure high ROI on all marketing efforts.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with organizational goals.
• Strengthen brand presence across all channels, ensuring clear communication of our mission, values, and clinical excellence.
• Enhance visibility in the behavioral health market through consistent and impactful messaging.
Outreach & Community Engagement
• Lead in-person outreach, presentations, and community engagement events.
• Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and meetings.
• Train, support, and oversee outreach and marketing team members.
Cross-Department Collaboration
• Partner closely with Executive Leadership, Admissions, and Clinical teams to align marketing and sales strategies with operational capabilities.
• Provide weekly and quarterly performance reports on referral trends, digital campaigns, and outreach activity.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales leadership—preferably in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare.
• Strong track record in digital marketing, online lead generation, and campaign management.
• Established network within inpatient psychiatric or detox facilities is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing analytics, and online advertising tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and partnership-building skills.
• Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
