Requirements:

5–7 years of experience in a pastry leadership role
Strong background in menu development, cost control, and team management
Manager ServSafe Certificate and California Food Handlers Card
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
Proficiency with basic computer programs (email, Word, Excel)
