Key Responsibilities:

Catering Orders Management:

·       Coordinate and manage catering orders from inquiry to fulfillment.

·       Ensure all customer requirements are understood and met with high-quality service.

·       Maintain detailed records of orders, delivery schedules, and customer feedback.

Inventory Management:

·       Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods.

·       Perform regular stock audits and ensure inventory accuracy.

·       Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of required materials.

Financial Oversight:

·       Handle customer payments and ensure accurate records of all transactions.

·       Prepare and verify invoices for catering orders and purchases.

·       Track expenses and assist in preparing financial reports.

Business Development:

·       Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the catering and retail segments.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

·       Promote Suma Foods' products through local networking and digital marketing strategies.

Social Media Management:

• Create and manage engaging posts for social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
• Develop strategies to expand social media reach and drive customer engagement.
• Monitor analytics and adjust content strategy to maximize impact.

Team Leadership:

·       Supervise and train staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

·       Assign tasks, monitor performance, and resolve any workplace issues.

Customer Service:

·       Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.

Language Proficiency:
