Duties
- Teach HVAC systems, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance using our accredited curriculum
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions and hands-on lab training
- Prepare students for industry certifications and successful careers
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure lessons align with current HVAC technologies and industry standards
- Maintain a safe and professional training environment
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance program effectiveness
- Adhere to OSHA safety regulations while performing all tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience
- High School Diploma or GED (HVAC certifications must)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students in a learning environment
- Passion for teaching and mentoring future professionals
- New Jersey license recommended.
