As Store Manager, you are the heartbeat of your location.
Leadership: Motivate and mentor your team to deliver top-notch customer service and drive performance.
Customer Experience: Ensure every customer walks away inspired and equipped with the perfect products for their needs.
Sales & Operations: Lead your store to meet or exceed sales goals by managing budgets, inventory, and expenses effectively.
Visual Standards: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging at all times.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce company policies and safety protocols to protect your team, customers, and store assets.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in customer service or retail sales
At least 1 year in a management or supervisory role
Strong operational, financial, and performance management skills
A cosmetology license is a plus, but not required
A self-motivated attitude with a passion for learning and helping others grow
Must be 18 years or older
A genuine love for beauty and the industry!
