 Job Title: IT Bench Sales Associate / IT Recruiter 

 Location: Roswell, Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

 Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Everest Computers Inc. is hiring experienced IT Recruiters and IT Bench Sales Associates with 3–4 years of US IT staffing experience.

IT Recruiter Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates.

• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and job offers.

IT Bench Sales Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end bench sales and consultant marketing.

• Work with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.

• Post resumes on portals (Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp, etc.).

• Coordinate interviews and placements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 3–4 years of US IT Staffing or Bench Sales experience.

• Knowledge of work authorizations & US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
