Property Manager Needed for Airbnb Rentals
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Airbnb properties. The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, communication, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Management:
Handle all guest communications promptly and professionally, from booking inquiries to post-checkout follow-ups.
Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs (in-person or remotely).
Resolve guest issues quickly to ensure five-star satisfaction.
Property Maintenance & Housekeeping:
Schedule and supervise cleaning between stays to ensure the property is spotless and ready on time.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance or repair needs.
Coordinate with vendors, cleaners, and handymen for upkeep and urgent fixes.
Listing & Pricing Management:
Keep listings up to date with accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing.
Adjust rates dynamically to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Respond to reviews and maintain Superhost standards.
Inventory & Supplies:
Monitor and restock essential supplies such as linens, toiletries, and kitchen items.
Manage property budgets and track expenses.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure the property complies with local short-term rental laws and regulations.
Maintain safety features (smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, etc.).
Qualifications
Proven experience managing Airbnb or short-term rental properties.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Airbnb’s platform, pricing tools, and guest management systems.
Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation
Competitive pay structure (flat rate per booking, percentage of revenue, or monthly management fee).
