Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for preparing and filing H-1B, H-4, PERM, I-140, I-485, and other employment-based applications/petitions.
• Manage the case initiation process and fact gathering.
• Facilitate completion of immigration case submissions by obtaining signatures, missing information, etc., from the client.
• Create, edit, print, and distribute materials.
• Ensure that the client is compliant with posting and maintaining required documentation.
• General administrative duties as needed.
• Maintain client contact information. Prepare, update, and manage status reports. Prepare custom reports. Build knowledge of the firm and client processes. |
• Routine case monitoring.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional work experience in immigration law.
• Extensive reporting, file, and document management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interest in the legal field, particularly immigration.
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational and data entry skills.
• Achieve a high level of productivity.
• Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team.
• Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisor.
• Ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
