Job Overview

We are currently seeking a passionate, skilled, and dedicated Chef to join our team at Indian Restaurant in Naperville, IL. As a Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity in our esteemed restaurant. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, managing and training kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality Indian dishes
• Manage and train kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Plan menus and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of meals
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards

Salary

The salary range for this position is between $2000 - $3500 monthly, commensurate with experience and skills.

Qualifications

• Valid work visa such as US Citizen, Green Card, EAD / TN, H1B, F1, F2, OPT, CPT
• Experience working in Hotels / Restaurants, especially in an Indian cuisine setting
• Proven experience as a Chef
• Excellent record of kitchen management
