Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, experience in requirements gathering, process improvement, and documentation, and a solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented accurately.
Create and maintain process flows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to support project development.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to align teams and stakeholders on project objectives and outcomes.
Support testing and validation activities, ensuring delivered solutions meet business and user needs.
Assist in the creation of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and project delivery frameworks.
