Maintenance Electrician/technician Job Opening in Bristol, PA

Operation and maintenance of plant machines.

·         Routine maintenance schedule and trouble shooting

·         Spare inventory management: Creating spare list, defining specs, maintaining stock and managing inventory

·         Following standard of OHSA and safety.

·         Assisting production head and engineering head in installation and commissioning of equipment

·         Operations of ice cream production equipment to get maximum output with maintaining quality parameters

·         Training production staff for smooth operations of the equipment

·         Defining equipment operation SOPs and ensuring SOP is being followed

·         Maintain production and   maintenance records

·         Ensuring smooth operations of equipment by regular monitoring and striving to reduce break down and maintenance cost

·         Key Competencies:

·         Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical and refrigeration systems

·         General Maintenance and operational knowledge

·         Utmost importance on Safety at all level, Man, Machine and food safety.

·      Certificate course in Electrical, fitter, refrigeration.

·      Sound knowledge of Dairy and Ice cream technology. Boiler, refrigeration and air compressor.

·      Updated with the latest innovations in food processing and trends.
