Front Desk Receptionist Job Description

We are currently hiring a part time Receptionist to staff the front desk of an Outpatient Pediatric Center that provides services for children with Autism. Candidates must be available to work weekends 9am - 3pm.. Ideal Candidate should be flexible to assist with coverage when needed.

Responsibilities:

Candidates must be available to work weekends 9am - 3pm.
Greeting patients upon arrival
Answering phones
Scheduling and confirming appointments
General clerical work (filing, faxing, copying)

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate must be kid-friendly and outgoing
Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
