• They are vegetarian and love a full variety of food from around the world. 
• Their main preference is Indian Cuisine and they love the venue of those foods.
• Experience with this cuisine would be an added plus, however, if not, you should have the ability to be a quick study.
• Their current needs and expectations are basically to have someone prepare and present lunch and dinner for seven days every other week, when they are in residence. There will be the occasional entertaining of small gatherings and holidays.
• They are also welcoming of someone who is in the maturity of their years and even if they are semi-retired or even retired.
• They wish to encourage even those who are in between jobs or looking for part time considerations.

Qualifications

• A valid work visa, US Citizen, or Green Card holder.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hotels/restaurants sector.
• Formal culinary training or relevant qualifications would be advantageous.
