Sr Technical Project Manager

JOB DUTIES:

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

- Lead internal visible technical projects and Partners to deploy product features
- Present to C level leadership
- Strong presentation skills using JIRA / PPT / Google slides
- Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring projects to completion both on time and within budget.
- Hands on in JIRA for story / Epic / tasks creation
- Coordination of internal / external technical resources, as well as facilitating the communication with external partners for the purposes of technical resource assignment.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports.
- Track progress of multiple project plans/Sprints for Visible site.
- Review project approach framework and designs with engineering staff.
- Work and Coordinate with Product and Partners to create use cases required for code delivery.

- Establish release timelines, monitor defect resolution and provide reporting to the leadership team on all tickets.
- Manage concurrent projects and responsible for timely delivery of quality project outputs while performing appropriate scope management
- Manage the integration of vendor tasks, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
- Effectively communicates with Engineers (staff and peers), product owner, and management teams regarding status.
- Ability to mentor members as needed.
- Domain (Telecom) Subject matter expertise and strong business knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation and conflict resolution
- Strong decision-making and leadership abilities

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or Technology discipline or 4 years related industry experience in lieu of degree

6+ years relevant work experience with diverse solutions on multiple projects in the technology industry or similar role
