Responsibilities:

• Connect daily with small business owners to uncover funding needs
• Manage a pipeline of qualified leads (no need to start from scratch)
• Guide clients through document collection & pre-approval steps
• Position multiple financing products with confidence
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive revenue growth

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of sales experience required (finance, real estate, insurance, or B2B sales a plus)
• Competitive, ambitious, and highly motivated by earnings
• Coachable and eager to grow in a high-performance sales culture
• Strong communication skills, comfortable on the phone with business owners

• 35% uncapped commission on closed deals
