About the Role

We are a growing real estate development and operating business group with multiple LLCs, partnerships, and operating entities. We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with experience in multi-entity accounting, development projects, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for multiple entities
• Oversee accounting for real estate development projects
• Track and allocate development budgets and costs
• Prepare financial statements
• Manage the general ledger and the close process
• Handle intercompany transactions
• Support financing and lender reporting
• Ensure GAAP compliance
• Coordinate tax filings
• Assist with feasibility analysis and projections
• Support audits and investor reporting

Qualifications

• Active CPA license
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
• Strong analytical skills

Preferred

• Development accounting experience
• Construction cost tracking
• Consolidation reporting

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $85,000+
