About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate ServiceNow Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations and possess a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. You will assist in designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow applications to improve business operations and IT workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, etc.)

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Support the development of workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and ServiceNow forms

Assist in system integrations with third-party applications and other enterprise systems

Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and support deployment activities

Create and maintain technical and functional documentation

Support end-user training and adoption of ServiceNow processes

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with extensive knowledge in Ab Initio to be a key player in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. This position is available both on a permanent and contract basis under W2 and is open to US Citizens, Green Card holders, and H4 and L2 visa holders.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with team members to develop application designs that will meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to define and implement system enhancements and changes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and other stakeholders.

Salary

The annual salary for this exciting role ranges from $75,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and skills.

Qualifications

• 1-7 years of experience in IT software or related field.
• Proficiency in Ab Initio or similar software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
