Looking for a fulltime project manager in Richmond Hill, Queens, NY to manage large scale construction projects. Previous experience is a major plus. Candidate should be able to perform estimates, attend office and field meetings, generate invoices, track emails and produce progress reports. Someone with an MBA, Engineering, construction management or similar background is required. Must have bachelors degree.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Salary

This is a full-time role, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25 - $45. Additionally, the role also includes Corp-Corp, W2-Permanent, and 1099-Contract possibilities, providing flexibility and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within the Engineering/Manufacturing sector.
• Valid work visa, US citizenship, or a green card is required.
• A degree in Engineering or Business Management.

Skills

• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Building / Construction / Civil Engineering sector.

Salary
