Office Assistant Job Description

Karma Creations is looking for highly motivated energetic individual person. Must have Excellent written/verbal communication talents, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently.

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday 10am till 7pm

  • Weekend as needed
  • Holidays as needed

Must be efficient in Google sheet and Google docs , Ideal candidate will be working in Tour operator industries. Performs clerical duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently, able to prioritize and skilled to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, must be Professional demeanor and fast learner.

This position emphasis mostly in admin work checking emails, Inbound sales calls, all functions as well as assisting the Operations of the company. Duties Include, but are not limited to:

1. Consolidate incoming and outgoing emails, reply / send / forward to appropriate department.

2. Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with Company policies, reconciliation of all receipts and manifest and file to appropriate folder.

3. Assists with other projects as needed and complete all other duties as assigned by managers and members.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $2500 - $3000 per month.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a valid work visa, be a US citizen or a green card holder, and have 1-5 years of relevant experience.
