The Mission

You will be the face of the restaurant and the engine of the dining floor. Your role bridges the gap between the first "Hello" and the final "Thank You."

• Command the Front: Manage reservations, optimize seating flow, and provide elite customer support.

• Order Fulfillment Mastery: Oversee takeout and delivery streams to ensure accuracy and timing without compromising the in-house experience.

• Floor Leadership: Lead the serving team by example, stepping in to provide high-touch service and resolving floor issues in real-time.

• Operational Ownership: Maintain the "Gold Standard" of our dining room ambiance and service pace.
