Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information on jewelry pieces, including materials, pricing, and care instructions.
• Assist customers in making selections by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store sales goals.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products to enhance customer purchases.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist in arranging displays and replenishing stock as needed.
• Perform regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software.
