Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Manage company inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Streamline administrative processes for maximum efficiency.
• Handle rental management using Rental Pro software.

Salary

The salary for this position is competitive, offering an hourly rate of $12 - $15 based on experience and qualifications. This is a W2-Contract or 1099-Contract position, and candidates must have a valid work visa.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Gems & Jewellery industry. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Rental Pro software is highly desirable.
