Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers
• Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Keep reports of transactions
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in retail cashier or sales
• Valid work visa, US citizen, or green card holder
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g., cash register, scanners, money counters)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented

• Accounts Receivable: Ensure all cash transactions are accurately recorded and processed.
• Front Desk: Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
• Cooking: Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely manner.
