We are seeking a motivated HR Manager to support day-to-day human resources and operational activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Irving, Texas, ideal for candidates on EAD.
Responsibilities:
Assist with HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee records
Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
Maintain HR data, reports, and compliance documents
Handle basic employee queries and HR coordination
Support operational tasks and internal process management
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Valid EAD work authorization
Basic knowledge of HR processes (training can be provided)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to work full-time from the office
Prior HR or Operations experience is a plus
