Sales Representative Job Description

We are looking for experienced, high-energy Sales Representatives to join our team for an exciting, commission-based opportunity in the heart of Detroit’s vibrant car scene. With access to one of the largest automotive audiences in the country, including participation in the 2026 Detroit Auto Show, this is your chance to make an impact  and get rewarded for it.

This is a commission-only position. Compensation is performance-based, with top earners from the previous year making between $500 to $1,500 per day.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience (required)
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • A professional and enthusiastic attitude toward brand representation
  • Automotive knowledge or familiarity with Detroit car culture and Modded Detroit Automotive is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
