Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present menu items for offsite catered events
Execute event menus efficiently and to company standards
Coordinate with event staff to ensure smooth service and timing
Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and kitchen organization as needed
Represent the company professionally at client-facing events
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a chef, cook, or catering/event culinary professional
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Excellent time management and communication skills
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to offsite event locations
Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying event schedules
