Financial Operations & Reporting

• Own the Full Accounting Lifecycle: • Financial Statements: • Reporting & Dashboards *Payroll & Cash Management• Payroll Leadership • Cash Control: Process Improvement & Compliance• Internal Controls• Vendor Management: Required Experience & Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years of full-charge accounting experience. • Industry Focus: Multi-unit, QSR, retail, or hospitality accounting experience is strongly preferred.• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.• P&L Expertise: Proven experience preparing and analyzing P&Ls at the store and market level. • Ability to operate with speed, accuracy, and discipline• Certification: CPA is preferred but not required for candidates with extensive relevant experience.
