• Monitor system performance and assist in identifying optimization opportunities.

• Support user onboarding, permissions management, and configuration requests.

• Assist with Salesforce releases, testing, and post-deployment validations.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the development or vendor support teams as needed.

Qualifications
