We are looking for a proactive Salesforce Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for Salesforce users and administrators. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, maintain system performance, and ensure smooth operation of Salesforce environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Salesforce applications and integrations.
Troubleshoot user issues related to data, workflows, automation, and system errors.
Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and business users to resolve incidents.
Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and user guides.
Monitor system performance and assist in identifying optimization opportunities.
Support user onboarding, permissions management, and configuration requests.
Assist with Salesforce releases, testing, and post-deployment validations.
Escalate unresolved issues to the development or vendor support teams as needed.

As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in a challenging and rewarding environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 yearly, and a choice between a permanent or contract position.
