Requirements:
Proven experience in fine dining establishments, catering, or restaurant management with a focus on high-end cuisine.
Strong background in culinary arts with expertise in food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen management.
Supervising experience in a culinary environment, demonstrating leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory management, and food handling procedures.
