We are seeking a high energy, self-motivated person who can connect with children to provide a fun and friendly learning atmosphere. Fulltime and Part time opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of 3-year-olds
• Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured activities and play
• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child?s progress
• Collaborate with assistant teachers and other staff to ensure a consistent and supportive experience for all children
• Maintain daily records and adhere to all licensing regulations and school policies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (age 3)
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• CDA or Early Childhood Education degree preferred, but not required
