Malouf Ford is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Part Time Cashier to serve as the welcoming face and voice of our dealership. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, communicates clearly, and consistently demonstrates a customer-first attitude.
Responsibilities:
Accept payments for service and parts invoices, ensuring the cash drawer balances accurately
Complete basic paperwork related to loaner vehicles and customer documents
Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, typing, and handling mail
Support Sales, Service, and Parts teams with clerical needs
Carry out additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive, outgoing personality with a professional appearance
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy customer-facing role
Cash handling experience and 10-key familiarity a plus
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays when needed
