We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of Milk tea and tea. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve tea, milk tea, and other beverages to company standards
Educate customers about our menu and make personalized drink recommendations
Take orders accurately and process payments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
Upsell special menu items and promotions
Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Requirements:
Previous barista or beverage preparation experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
Knowledge of tea and milk tea preparation equipment is a plus
