Key Responsibilities

• Hair Services: Perform haircuts, coloring, styling, blowouts, and specialized treatments

• Customer Service: Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly demeanor, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.

• Salon Operations: Keep work area clean, sanitize tools and equipment, manage appointment scheduling, and process payments.

• Compliance: Adhere to all state board licensing, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid State Cosmetology License.

• Proven experience in a professional salon environment is preferred.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends).
