Responsible for overseeing design and development of software applications:

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, and maintaining critical business applications.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable and secure software solutions.
• Develop and enhance user interfaces for both new and existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and infrastructure to deliver high-quality software.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions to critical production problems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, and API development.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
