Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our Tracking & Logistics team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in non-IT sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or related service industries. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting our tracking and logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the tracking and logistics sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client transportation, fleet management, or logistics needs and recommend suitable tracking solutions or service packages.
• Conduct client visits, product/service demonstrations, and presentations.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure timely on boarding and delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM or internal systems.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, or exhibitions when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of sales experience in logistics, transportation, fleet services, tracking solutions, or other service-based industries (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to understand client operational challenges and offer suitable logistics/tracking solutions.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Target-driven with the ability to work independently
