Retail Sales Representative Job Description
As a Retail Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with customers to help them find the right materials and solutions for their needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting walk-in and phone customers
- Answering technical questions and providing product recommendations
- Estimating and quoting material needs
- Accurately entering orders into our computer system
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in construction, building supply, or related industry is a plus
- Comfortable working with estimating materials and understanding product applications
