Responsibilities:
Perform store opening and closing procedures (such as cleaning, preparing workstations and store displays)
Create an exceptional customer experience with emphasis on personalization of product recommendations
Check in, verify and/or create new customer profiles upon entry to the dispensary
Educate and assist customers in creating orders by providing suggestions in regard to available products based on customers’ desired effects.
Informing customers of any current promotions or highlighted brands daily
Upsell related products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Create customer orders, offer loyalty programs benefits and accept payment at POS using provided operating system
Keep up to date with brands, trending products, policies and procedures
Budtenders will be asked to assist in occasional deliveries
Must be able to meet all physical requirements of the job; ie lift 50 pounds, sit/stand, bend/kneel for extended periods of time
