Responsibilities:

• Daily create, submit all claims with proper attachments
• Daily clearing house reports - immediately correct data discrepancies
• Daily process resubmissions and address denied claims
• Daily enter insurance checks and/or EFT from multiple dental insurance providers
• Daily follow up on delinquent accounts
• Daily prepare and send accurate billing statements to patients
• Professionally communicate with patients in regards to their insurance/billing questions and concerns
• Manage 30-60-90 accounts receivable
• Daily, weekly and monthly reports to be created and reviewed with Team Leader and management

Qualifications:

• Developed Knowledge of Dental Software ideally Open Dental
• Dental Insurance Verification, maximums, deductibles, frequencies and limitations, ability to verify in 5 minutes by phone or online portal Manage Insurance verification websites and navigate swiftly Daily enter insurance data into Open Dental software with extreme accuracy
• Excellent customer service skills and undeniable ability to work as part of a team
