Looking for someone to pick up private chef jobs. Must have experience with private chef and willing to follow Polished Chef's company procedures and recipes. Must have excellent resume and highly skilled. Not someone from fast food or someone looking to become a private chef. I need highly skilled chefs to work for high-net-worth individuals. Need photos of food and headshot to be considered for the position. Must have transportation and money to purchase groceries. Currently have jobs booked 12/13, 12/24, 12/26 for the right person, ideally they can do all three. Only serious applicants with a yes chef attitude need apply.
Qualifications:
Formal culinary training or relevant experience in high-end restaurants or private chef services.
Proven ability to execute a variety of cuisines, from classic to contemporary.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to changing schedules and last-minute requests.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Private Chef or Executive Chef.
Experience working in high-net-worth households or luxury hospitality.
Wine pairing knowledge or sommelier certification is a plus.
Ability to cook in various settings (residences, yachts, travel locations).
