The Prep Cook will prepare a variety of meals quickly and efficiently, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Responsibilities include following recipes and special instructions, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, managing inventory and supplies, and adhering to all required food safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook short-order items such as sandwiches, burgers, and other simple menu items.
Perform daily prep work including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standards.
Assist with restocking supplies and keeping inventory organized.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with a small kitchen team (2-person crew).
Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
Complete other relevant tasks as requested by management.
Job Requirements:
Prior cooking or kitchen experience required.
Strong dependability and positive attitude are a must.
Ability to work early mornings and weekends as scheduled.
